Customers first name isn't correct?

Sometimes Amazon do not supply feedBAKER with a customer's first name so we attempt to get the first name for you automatically from the customer's full name. This means in unusual circumstances the first name can be shown as just a letter, ie, A, if the customer's full name on Amazon is A Mittal.
