Improved consignment tracking visibility through Amazon Inbound Pickup Service (ATS)
To improve the experience further, Amazon has now added additional tracking events in Seller central to offer greater visibility and transparency of our service.
The new tracking event is ‘Return arrived in return FCs’ which would appear under the tracking ID of the carton/box/package sent in the FBA shipment. It can be viewed through following path:
Seller Central > Manage FBA Shipments > FBA Shipment ID > Summary.
While creating an inbound shipment for any of the above mentioned fulfilment centres, you will be able to choose this service by selecting the Amazon Inbound Pickup Service (ATS - Amazon Transportation Services) option in Seller Central (Prepare Shipment Page).
