The feedBAKER Dashboard charts are perfect for giving you a birds-eye view of your recent Feedback. The following data is shown on and above the chart:
Orders: The number of orders you have received across your Channels.
Messages Sent: The number of messages you have sent to your customers.
Positive Feedback: The number of 4/5 star Feedback you have received.
Neutral Feedback: The number of 3 star Feedback you have received.
Negative Feedback: The number of 1/2 star Feedback you have received.
Clicking on any of the numbers at the top of the chart will return a list of these. You can also control the time period the data is shown for by clicking the calendar icon on the top left of the chart.
