Configuration Requirements in Tally ERP9 for integrating with eVanik OneWorld Suite

Once you have created your new company in Tally ERP.9 OR if you wish to sync data from your eVanik OWS, follow the following instructions.

Step 1 - General Configuration

Open the Gateway of Tally and Press F12

Click on General. Keep clicking "Enter" key till you reach "Import/Export Configuration"

Set "Ignore errors during data import" to YES.

Step 2 - Accounting Features Configuration

Open the Gateway of Tally and Press F12. Click on Accounting Features.



Set the following Options to Yes:
  • Integrate accounts and inventory
  • Use debit and credit notes
    • Record credit notes in invoice mode
    • Record debit notes in invoice mode

Step 3 - Inventory Features Configuration

Open the Gateway of Tally and Press F12. Click on Inventory Features.



Set the following Options to Yes:
  • Maintain multiple Godowns

Step 4 - Statutory & Taxation Features Configuration

Open the Gateway of Tally and Press F12. Click on Statutory and Taxation.



Enable your GST by setting the following Options to Yes:
  • Enable Goods and Service Tax (GST)

Step 5 - Setting up Units of Measure (UOM)

Open the Gateway of Tally and click I, for going to the Inventory Information Page.



Click on Alter, in case you have already created the products before, or click on Create, in case you want to create new products.



Select the UOM (Unit of Measure), which you want to Alter and then press the enter button after selecting it. Map the UOM to the Predefined Units of Measure by the GSTIN, as shown below



Your Tally ERP9 Configuration is complete.
